Miami Beach luxury apartments: Eighty Seven Park

In 2013, real estate development firm Bizzi & Partners identified an opportunity in a dilapidated hotel located at 8701 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The project materialized due to a combination of desirable factors, among them, a picturesque oceanfront site bordering a 35-acre park located in a short distance from Miami’s top restaurants, retail, and cultural destinations. The real estate development firm purchased the site and obtained the right to demolish the hotel and replace it with a modern, unconstrained development of 70 luxury residences. Today, Eighty Seven Park is Miami Beach’s finest building with incredibly prestigious luxury apartments.

A vision designed by Renzo Piano

To bring the real estate development firm’s vision to fruition, Bizzi & Partners hired Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano Building Workshop. As a result of the collaboration, one of the most distinctive luxury residences in Miami Beach was created.

Comprised of one to five-bedroom apartments and two spacious penthouses, Eighty Seven Park offers a variety of airy, light-filled spaces designed to live, entertain, and retreat.
