Kohtu 2

3,720 square meters
(40,000 square feet)

Kohtu Street 2 is a castle-like complex of buildings located between the streets of Kohtu, Piiskopi, and Pikk Jalg in Toompea, Tallinn. This area is home to the Parliament of the Republic of Estonia and is a major tourist destination. The property was originally built in 1684, but due to a devastating fire in 1789 it was reconstructed to give it the unique façade it holds today. Bizzi & Partners renovated the building into boutique, luxury residential units that were marketed at the highest value in Estonia at the time.
