Marimonti: luxury residential apartments

Marimonti is one of the central projects developed by Bizzi & Partners, involving a building located in the center of the city of Milan. The Marina Monti project includes three mixed-use properties located at Via Marina 3 and Via V. Monti 79-81, for a total of 162,000 square feet. In 2006, Bizzi & Partners converted the rental buildings into luxury residential apartments. Via Marina 3 is located in one of the city’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods, near Porta Venezia Gardens and Piazza San Babila. Via V. Monti 79-81 consists of two buildings located in an exclusive residential area of Milan, near Parco Sempione, the most significant park of the city.
