This intervention has transformed a 7,700-square-meter area, previously intended for rental space, into high-quality residential environments. The intervention also enabled the creation of a high-end commercial space on the ground floor. The real estate studio was able to preserve and enhance the historic elegance of the building while adding exclusive design elements, including fine marble and top-notch finishes. Piazza San Babila, one of Milan’s most iconic places, was built in the 1930s and continues to be a landmark of Milanese prestige and urban culture.
