Kohtu Street 2, Tallinn
Kohtu Street 2 is a complex of castle-like buildings located between Kohtu, Piiskopi, and Pikk Jalg streets in Toompea, Tallinn. This area is the seat of the Parliament of Republic of Estonia and is an important tourist destination. The building was originally constructed in 1684, but due to a devastating fire in 1789, it was rebuilt to give it the beautiful and original façade that still has today. The real estate firm Bizzi & Partners has renovated the building transforming it into beautiful boutiques and luxury residential units. The properties have been resold at one of the highest values in Estonia.
