Bizzi & Partners acquired the property and the site’s two historic structures, totaling about 12,000 square meters. The project aim is to restore this iconic building to its former glory, attracting its prestigious clientele once again.
The redevelopment and renovation of the Angst Bordighera 1887 building will combine modern design and amenities with respect for the historic soul and integrity of the structure. The project aims to preserve the original architectural features, including the botanical gardens that will be fully restored and returned to their former glory. This renovation aims to revitalize the building while keeping intact the historic elements and landscape details that make the property unique.
