In 2013, Bizzi & Partners identified an extraordinary real estate opportunity in a dilapidated hotel located at 8701 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach. The site, directly overlooking the ocean and bordered by a 35-acre park, is within walking distance of the city’s best restaurants, stores and cultural destinations. After the purchase, the company obtained permission to demolish the existing hotel to create a modern, unencumbered residential project. Today, Eighty Seven Park is the epitome of luxury in Miami Beach, with 70 exclusive and refined residences.

A vision designed by Renzo Piano

To turn this vision into reality, Bizzi & Partners entrusted the project to the renowned Renzo Piano Building Workshop. The Pritzker Prize-winning architect created one of the city’s most iconic residences with a design that harmoniously blends architecture and natural landscape.

Eighty Seven Park offers 1- to 5-bedroom apartments and two exclusive penthouses designed to maximize natural light and connection with the surrounding environment.
