Class A office space: Elisabetes 3
Elisabetes 3 is a historic property located in the prestigious capital of Latvia, Riga. This beautiful city is well known for its architecture, low traffic density, and proximity to Riga’s historical center and parks. Originally built in 1899, Elisabetes 3 was designed by architect Karl Johann Felso with its façade designed by sculptor August Folz. Formerly used as a hotel, the building has excellent views of a park and the Daugav River. In 2010, Bizzi & Partners completed the renovation of this property, transforming it into a high-end office space. Studio Dini, an architectural firm based in Milan, and STATS Projekts, a local Latvian firm, collaborated on the creation of renovation plans, while construction firm RE&RE managed the implementation of the plans.
