Marimonti: luxury residential apartments

Marimonti is one of the major real estate development projects in the heart of Milan carried out by Bizzi & Partners. The building includes three mixed-use properties located at Via Marina 3 and Via Monti 79-81, with a total area of 15,000 square meters. In 2006, Bizzi & Partners transformed the previously rented spaces into luxury apartments.

Via Marina 3 is located in one of Milan’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods, a short distance from the Porta Venezia Gardens and Piazza San Babila. Via Monti 79-81 is located in an upscale residential area, close to Parco Sempione, Milan’s most important park. With this project, Bizzi & Partners has helped redefine the concept of luxury residences in Milan, creating an exclusive context that combines elegance, functionality in a unique central location.
