San Babila 5, located in Piazza San Babila in Milan, is an interesting project with 83,000 square feet of space, converted from rental to residential. The real estate firm was able to create new high-end commercial space on the ground floor. Bizzi & Partners specifically renovated the property to preserve the elegance of the building through the addition of precious marble and other exclusive design details. Piazza San Babila was built in the 1930s and is considered one of Italy’s most significant squares.
