Interior & Amenities

Upon entering The Fifth, visitors are welcomed by a monumental triple-height lobby with exquisite marble finishes, creating a serene sanctuary from Miami’s urban bustle. The central atrium features a signature Tabebuia Bahamensis tree, providing a natural focal point visible throughout the building. Each office floor boasts 390 linear feet of floor-to-ceiling glass, offering abundant natural light and ocean views, with flexible open floor plates adaptable for quarter, half, or full-floor tenants. The building’s distinctive feature is its wraparound private terraces on each floor, enabling indoor-outdoor working environments that significantly enhance employee wellbeing. The comprehensive amenity suite includes a fitness center, spa, rooftop terrace, fine dining venues, concierge and security services, valet parking with digital retrieval technology, a luxury car sharing service, and a dedicated vehicle with private driver for tenant transportation.

Sustainability

The Fifth has been designed to exceed LEED Gold certification standards, creating a superior work experience through elevated sustainable design. This certification not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also creates a more comfortable atmosphere with reported benefits including higher recruitment and retention rates, increased productivity, and improved employee health. The project features abundant outdoor space with native South Florida landscaping that supports local biodiversity while minimizing water usage. Energy efficiency exceeds building codes and ASHRAE standards by more than 5%, utilizing hurricane-resistant glazing with Low-E coating and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of .23. Deep balconies minimize solar radiation through the building envelope, reducing overall energy costs, while extensive exterior spaces and glazing provide healthier working conditions with increased access to daylight, views, and the natural environment.
