XXIV Maggio, Bergamo

XXIV Maggio, located in Bergamo, Italy, is a mixed-use property of 7,000 square metres of residential and commercial space. The building, conceived by the renowned Studio Architect Alberto Bertasa, was acquired by Bizzi & Partners, which started a complete demolition and created a new real estate development plan. The building is located in the most modern part of Bergamo, a one-minute walk from the main shopping street, ‘il Sentierone’.

Bergamo, one of the most prestigious cities in Lombardy, is only 30 minutes away from Milan and easily accessible thanks to its proximity to Orio al Serio international airport. The project, completed with attention to detail and finishes, was sold in 2010, representing a successful example of urban redevelopment and high-level real estate development by Bizzi & Partners.
